CapCats support

Effective date: October 12, 2026

If something in CapCats isn't working, you have a question, or you want to tell me something, here is how to reach me.

CapCats is provided by Think Languages LLC. I'm Stefano, and I run CapCats for that company.

Get help in the app

Open CapCats, go to your profile, tap the gear to open Settings, then tap Help. Tap Ask Punto: Punto, the CapCats cat, answers questions about how CapCats works. The Help screen also has written answers to common questions and a Contact support button that opens an email to me, already filled in with your app version, your phone's model and a short support code, so I can find your account.

Write to me

Email [email protected]. I answer myself, and I usually reply within a couple of days. I'm one person, so it can sometimes take a little longer.

Emails are kept as long as I need to answer you and follow up, and I delete them at the latest two years after your last message.

Report a picture or a person

Reports are made in the app, so I can see exactly what you mean. Tap More on a picture, or open the menu on a profile or a collection, and choose Report. Pick the reason that fits. The person is not told it was you. To stop seeing someone, open the menu on their profile and tap Block. The Community guidelines explain the rules and what happens after a report.

Delete your account

You can delete your account in the app at any time, and I can do it by email if you no longer have the app. How to delete your account has the steps.

Privacy

What CapCats collects, why, and who receives it is in the Privacy Policy. For a privacy question, write to [email protected].
